Web Mapping Applications

You can use your web-browser to access maps that have been developed using ArcGIS Server with Adobe FLEX , ArcGIS Server with .NET, or Internet Map Service (IMS) technologies. Applications developed with Adobe FLEX require the user to install a free version of Adobe Flash 9 or later. ArcGIS Server with .NET and IMS do not require any installation. Survey Control Network Mapping Application

The Survey Control Network provides locations and information of survey control monuments in Frederick County. It has a variety of tools to measure and locate important information that can be printed and taken out into the field. This Web Mapping Application utilizes ArcGIS Server and Adobe FLEX technologies.

This application requires Adobe Flash 9 or later installed and is best viewed using Internet Explorer 7.0 with 1024 x 768 screen resolution.

Frederick County Office of Economic Development Business Parks and Retail Centers Mapping

Users can now search Business Parks and Retail Centers in Frederick County. This Web Mapping Application uses ArcGIS Server technology.

Frederick County Internet Map Service

The basic map layers include the municipal boundaries, police stations, schools, libraries, rivers and lakes, election districts, roads, ortho imagery taken in year 2000, the ortho imagery grids and more. You need to zoom in the map to see the features in detail.

Election Districts and Precincts in Frederick County, MD

Users can find their election precinct and download a precinct map using this service. The most recent Acrobat Reader is required to view the map pdf files.

Frederick County Sheriff's Office Sexual Offenders Mapping

The information on the Registered Sexual Offenders has been provided to the Sheriff’s Office by the registrant and is based upon the last notification received.

Frederick County Sheriff's Office Crime Mapping

The map layers included selected offense reports taken by the Frederick County Sheriff's Office, the Brunswick Police Department and the Thurmont Police Department. It does NOT include any reports taken by the the Frederick City Police Department or the Maryland State Police.
